Refer to The OSO
Orthodontics and oral surgery in one practice at the Specialist Medical Centre, Wagga Wagga. Address your referral to The OSO and we'll book your patient with the first suitable clinician, or with a specific practitioner if you prefer.
1. Referral pad
Download and print the OSO referral pad, fill it in, and email it to admin@osocentre.com or fax 02 6925 4477.
2. Email
Send a referral on your own letterhead, addressed to "The OSO Centre", to admin@osocentre.com. Include any imaging.
3. Phone
Call us on 02 6925 4466, especially for urgent referrals.
What we offer
- Orthodontics: early interceptive treatment, metal and clear braces, Invisalign® and clear aligners, adult orthodontics, and combined orthodontic and jaw surgery cases.
- Oral surgery: wisdom teeth, surgical extractions, oral medicine and biopsy, pre-prosthetic bone surgery, and frenectomy. Treatment under local anaesthetic in our rooms, or under general anaesthetic at the day surgery next door.
- One practice: combined ortho and surgery cases are planned in the same rooms.
- Patients can book orthodontic consultations without a referral, but your referral tells us you sent them and why. Oral surgery is by referral.
What happens next
- We contact your patient within 2 business days.
- Urgent referrals: tick "Urgent" and call us on 02 6925 4466. We'll prioritise them.
- After the consultation we send you a report and keep you updated through treatment.
- Imaging: send OPGs, lateral cephs and CBCT if you have them, so the patient doesn't need repeat X-rays.
